GOX Business Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the GOX Business Partner Program ("Program") operated by GOX Delivery ("Company", "we", "our").

By registering as a Business Partner, the business agrees to comply with all terms stated below.

2. Eligibility

To qualify as a GOX Business Partner:

• Must be a legally registered business (Sdn Bhd, Enterprise, or sole proprietorship)
• Must operate within Malaysia (unless otherwise approved)
• Must provide accurate business information during registration
• Must not engage in illegal or prohibited activities

GOX reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Program Benefits

Approved Business Partners may receive:

• Discounted delivery vouchers (up to 30% depending on eligibility tier)
• Priority promotional campaigns (limited slots available)
• Access to partner-only campaigns and incentives
• Usage benefits such as daily delivery quota (e.g. up to 5 deliveries/day, subject to policy)

Benefits may vary depending on partner tier, performance, availability, and promotional campaigns.

GOX reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.

4. Voucher Policy

• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Misuse of vouchers may result in suspension or termination
• Voucher percentage (20%-30%) is subject to approval and tier classification
• Expired vouchers will not be reinstated

5. Usage Fair Policy

To ensure fair usage:

• Daily usage limits may apply (e.g. maximum 5 deliveries per day unless stated otherwise)
• Excessive or abusive usage may result in restriction
• GOX may monitor usage patterns to prevent fraud or system abuse

6. Partner Responsibilities

Business Partners agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated business details
• Use the platform in good faith
• Not manipulate, resell, or abuse vouchers
• Ensure compliance with all Malaysian laws and regulations
• Maintain valid contact information for communication

7. Approval & Review Process

• Applications will undergo manual or automated review
• Approval is not guaranteed
• GOX may request additional verification documents
• Approved status may be revoked if violations are detected

8. Suspension & Termination

GOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Business Partner account without prior notice if:

• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Misuse of vouchers or system loopholes occurs
• False information is provided
• Illegal activity is suspected

Upon termination, all unused benefits may be revoked immediately.

9. Modification of Terms

GOX may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Changes will take effect immediately upon publication
• Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms

10. Limitation of Liability

GOX is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by service interruptions
• Delivery delays caused by external factors
• Misuse of accounts by third parties
• Financial or operational losses due to program changes

11. Data Privacy

By registering, you agree that GOX may:

• Collect and store business data
• Use data for verification, marketing, and operational purposes
• Share limited information internally for program management

GOX will not sell personal data to third parties.
